3 ways to design baby onesies

Who wouldn’t love a cute baby onesie? Both you and Baby will appreciate the buttery soft fabric, the beautiful colors, and how perfect they are for unrestricted movement during playtime. With the full-length button, it also makes quick changes easy.

Hair bows and hats

I fell in love with the handmade Sherbert Butterfly Hair Butterfly Bow Etsy. while they look yummy enough, I don’t recommend it. The rainbow glitter has a definite cheerful vibe and will go with any solid color. The owner of this Etsy store, Little Mouse Boutique, specializes in bows, so you might want to check out some of their other styles.

For hats, at the time of this writing, Target has seven pages filled with hats for babies and toddlers. Whether you decide to go with a summer straw hat or a traditional baseball, you’re covered. Of course, keeping any hat of your choice on a toddler can be a challenge. But, if you can, they sure make a cute accessory!

Shoes

Fresh Picked did something particularly cute with the shoes. My favourite might be the rainbow hearts, but they’re all so fun it’s hard to choose!

If your child has a favourite thing like Captain America, R2D2, Mickey Mouse or where the wild things are, they have themed Moccasin shoes that are simply delightful. A little pricey perhaps, but still delightful.

Winter layers

One thing about jumpsuits is that they are perfect for summer. However, they are a fantastic base layer when the air gets cold. Add all the winter jackets and accessories you need to keep your child cosy and comfortable. Add.

  • Sweater
  • Grip Pants
  • Jacket
  • Warm Cap
  • Comfortable socks

When you get to where you’re going, if the heater is going full speed, you can pull off all the layers for baby’s comfort and let the baby onesie do its thing.

Remember, if you’re hot in the clothes you’re wearing on your baby, then your child will be uncomfortable too. A common mistake new parents make is to dress their children in the winter and leave all the extras on when they enter the house or heated car. Keep your baby warm, but not overheated. Heat rash, heat stroke, headaches and nausea are just some of the milder symptoms of overdressing your baby.

That’s why baby onesies are the ideal foundation layer: they cover softly when it gets too hot, and they’re perfect for warm weather. They are also very cute.
